The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6082 aluminum alloy.
It features a large 50 mm valve; we believe this is the largest valve available with the highest flow capacity.
The design and finish gives a very clean and unique appearance. The Blowoff Valve is anodised for a long lasting, corrosion-free appearance.
Designed and manufactured to handle extreme amounts of power with the same hallmark as all of our performance products.
The Blowoff Valve comes with one air fitting, with over sized 1/4" connection for fast and accurate response.

This setup is designed to be used with silicon hose connection. Also available with V-Band connection at extra cost.
A blow off valve, or as its more commonly know ‘dump valve’, is in fact a pneumatic pressure release valve that releases air pressure caused by the turbo/super charger once the throttle butterfly is shut. This stops pressurised air returning to the turbo and stalling the compressor wheel (compressor surge).
A blow off valve (dump valve) is a separate part and is plumbed in between the intake manifold and the turbo.
Blow off valves contains a spring inside to keep it shut at idle and low boost - please contact us for further info and/or if your blow off valve is leaking at idle.
